BARN WEEKEND!!

So, I went to the Barn weekend with my fellow jitsuka, and then I proceeded to have a whale of a time! We played lots of drinking games and I KICKED ASS at Twister, then went to the Wensleydale factory and a brewery. I now have a tour tshirt, and a shiny new weapon key ring we all got as quiz prizes. Can't bloody remember what it's called though.

Came back today, still not unpacked. Yes, I'm married to the Internet.

PS: Matthew Goode is absolutely ADORABLE no matter what he does. And is convinced that Ozymandias is gay. ^_^

What is your opinion on Ozy, btw? Peronally I see him as beyond labels - he'll take what he can get, which is anyone within a ten mile radius. Because he is awesome.

Personally my bets are on him being asexual. Besides Rorschach he's the only character we don't see with anyone and Alan Moore certainly let you know what other characters were gay. And as a genius it seems to me that there would be no one he considered his equal to have sex with, if he even wants to. As for his clothing, so he likes nice things and luxury, that doesn't make him gay, it makes him rich.

No, I agree, it's not the clothes. I do think that if there was someone equal to him, he wouldn't be bothered by gender though. He's got more important things on his mind during Watchmen, but I imagine something must have happened at some point, even if only in the interests of experience. Or science. :)

There's also just sex and connecting to someone, and while I can see him maybe having casual sex, I don't think he'd ever connect to anyone, because he's just so distant from everyone else.

I don't think it's contradictory. I think if he has a sexuality it's bisexual, that's for sure.

I highly doubt he's a virgin in any case. It seems to me he'd want to the experience if noting else.

I read on Wikipedia once that there were different types of asexuals. People who don't like sex but love romantically, people who don't love but like sex and people who don't do either. Adrian is probably either the second or the third in my head.

That's why I'm in the fandom in the first place. The comic is amazing, but it's literature, not entertainment, so I don't fangirl it.

The movie is just the right level of crack so I don't take it too seriously and forget to lol at akward sex and Flight of the Valkyries. *snerk*
