Is Christianity a big thing in South Korea?

Because I've just had two theological students from there try to convert me. O_o

Tangentially related (I was doing my Japanese homework at the time) but this is why I love learning languages. I can say stuff like this:

私のホバクラフとは　うなぎで　いっぱいです。

It means my hovercraft is full of eels. XD XD XD

It's a fairly big religion there nowadays. My (Christian) college has gotten a lot of international students from there recently.

Christianity is big everywhere.

I'd hate to say it but that would annoy me to no end - I welcome all religeons but people trying to push the religions on other people really bugs me (and I like talking about other religions).

They were actually really polite, as far as my experience with door to door religion pushers goes. They were doing a survey for class, and I know how hard it is to get people to fill those out.

I actually learnt something new about Passover, so it wasn't a complete loss.

XD I was looking up holiday in the dictionary and found hovercraft. After that I couldn't resist. The dictionary makers clearly put it in on purpose!

You found hovercraft just by happening upon it in the dictionary? That's awesome. I agree, the dictionary makers much have put it in on purpose. Now I want to find a situation where a Japanese person needs to use the word hovercraft...
