I think internet tv fits in this section too, so Spoony/Critic is my favourite, even though people only rarely seem to write it. It's canon, guys. And there are so many ways to play it. My own head canon is that clone!Spoony is SWS!Spoony, so you can even play with that, for angsty goodness! And with Kickassia, there's a whole new level of baggage laid over it. Or, you can go for the cute AitD days. XD I like variety in my pairings.
Traditional media, is, I think, Doctor/Master, purely because it is so. Very. CANON. Have you seen their episodes in the new series? I'm told it's just asgood bad awesome in classic Who.
