Harry and Draco first kissed as adults, when they were both in the Aurors together. Harry had just done something ridiculously stupid and life-threatening and Draco had to drag him out of it. Harry made the first move after an argument. Draco may have smacked him. :)
Oh, those two? Insano was messing about with the multiverse again and they ended up falling in a heap when the 'verse shifted. Both swore blind they didn't enjoy it. I mean, that would be ATG/ATC creepy.
