Oh, Spoony/Critic. :) If I had an OTP in this fandom, this would be it. I actually got into this fandom because of Spooning with Spoony 2!

I love their dynamic. They don't interact as often as Spoony and Linkara, but when they do it is always thriving in Ho Yay. The Alone in the Dark review, for example.

With so many Spoonys running around, this has the potential to be any kind of pairing you want. I hold to the view that SWS is the clone, so you can have creepy identityfuck or snarky funtimes, depending on which Spoony you go for. There's a lot of fun to be had with Kickassia as well. I mean, I honestly thought they were going to kiss at the beginning of part 2. :D And there's all the baggage of date rapes and holding a gun in his face to play with. :)

Generally, I think they're fun just sitting around and being themselves. They work well together. Though no one seems to write it. :( It's a very small pairing in comparison to a lot of others. *shrugs* Ah well, c'est la vie.

Man, I haven't thought about Three's a Crowd in ages! :D Allow me to ramble.

I had no idea TaC was going to turn into this wonderful, massive thing. It just started out as a way to slide into fandom proper without being annoying. Somehow people took it and made it amazing. :) I was ecstatic when that happened.

It strikes me that this verse is basically a soap opera. It deals much more with the normal aspects of their lives, and is very focused on the romance. Also, the hero falls for his crush's evil twin brother, I mean really. :P Not that this is a bad thing. It's nice to deal with the more normal things every now and again. Preferably with handcuffs, 'tis true. ;)

I still have plans to write Spoony's thoughts on the whole matter. Lots of people said that they really felt for Linkara when he confessed to Spoony, because it hit a bit close to home. I think a fair few people have also been on the other side, with a friend falling in love with you. It's not fun, to put it simply. There's a lot of guilt and worry and awkwardness that I think would be fun to play with.

I love Film Brain, he's consistently funny and informative. He has some mannerisms that can be annoying or cringey, but in general I enjoy his work. I would like to see him do more crossovers though, he shines when he's got someone to bounce off.

In Kickassia, puppy!Film Brain is adorable. Bless his heart, he's excitable and needy and sweet, and I wanna give him hugs. :D

Good God, I wish I had your discontinuity skills with the blackmail thing. On the one hand, it kinda kills a chance for adorkable fluff. On the other (black comedy loving) hand, it makes forcing Critic to type "I like to wear women's clothing" utterly hilarious foreshadowing. Decisions, decisions!

It's kinda weird, true. Like with Nerd/Critic, everyone enjoys it but people would rather him with Ask That Guy or Chick. *shrugs*

See, this is the beauty of it, you can have both! Adorkable fluff with the normal Spoony (when he's not zombified, anyway) and hilarious foreshadowing and blackmail with the clone Spoony! *mad skillz at discontinuity, yo*

Yeah, I think it's probably because there's more scope for domming him in those two. People seem to prefer those pairings' dynamics.
